The Ripsaw is a developmental light tank designed and built by Howe & Howe Technologies for evaluation by the United States Army.[1] It is able to hit 50 mph in about 4 seconds.
To date, multiple prototype variants of the Ripsaw exist:
Prior to the intervention in Libya, Ripsaw was being considered for use by the Libyan military to be used against protesters using tear gas. Howe and Howe technologies was interested in the deal, but it has fallen through.
